The 2007 Southern Cities Championship

The author is founder and has been director of this tournament since its inception.

The SOUTHERN CITIES CHAMPIONSHIP is one of the premier women's charity team tennis events in the south, cerebrating our eleventh year in 2007. Twenty-seven southern cities were represented. In the Cities Division, Charleston, SC took first place, winning charity dollars for, Communities in Schools. In second place was Knoxville, TN. Division winner was Columbia, SC. In the Communities Division, first place went to Lexington, SC. Their charity is Sister care. Second place went to Brookstone, SC.
